Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2025

These terms set out the basis on which Famora offers its sessions, kits, and programmes. Please read them before making an enquiry or booking. If you have any questions, we are happy to discuss them with you before you proceed.

1. About Famora

Famora is a family communication and education programme provider. Our registered address is 88 Thanon Ratsada, Talat Yai, Phuket 83000, Thailand.

Contact us at [email protected] or by phone at +66 90 617 4283.

2. Nature of Our Services

Famora provides education and skills-building sessions in the area of family communication. Our three current offerings are:

Our sessions and kits are educational and organisational in nature. They do not constitute advice of any professional kind — including legal, financial, psychological, or social work advice — and they do not replace the input of qualified specialists. Where a participant's situation appears to call for specialist support, we will indicate this and point toward appropriate resources.

3. Bookings and Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your completed enquiry or booking request and issued a written confirmation by email. A booking is not confirmed until this email is sent.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if, in our assessment, a session is not a suitable fit for a household's current situation — for example, where specialist support appears more appropriate.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. We may ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct affects the group, without a refund obligation.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Current session prices are:

Payment terms will be confirmed in the booking process. Prices may be updated from time to time; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of your booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that household circumstances can change. Our general approach:

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email or phone during working hours (Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00).

6. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling, participants agree to:

7. Session Materials

All written materials, templates, and kit components supplied by Famora remain our intellectual property. Participants are welcome to use them for personal household purposes. They may not be reproduced, sold, or shared outside the household without our written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Famora's sessions and kits are educational tools. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made by participants on the basis of session content, nor for any outcomes that may arise in family situations following participation.

Our total liability to any participant in connection with a booking is limited to the amount paid for that specific session or kit. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Confidentiality in Group Sessions

Our group sessions are structured so that participants are not asked to share personal or family details. Facilitators keep what is discussed in sessions confidential within the Famora team and do not share participant information with third parties, except where required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct discussion will be referred to the courts of Phuket Province.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Any booking made after an update is subject to the terms in effect at that time.
